Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Amal Axis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Our Services

Amal Axis provides custom AI development services, including:

• MVP development in 100-hour sprints
• AI chatbot and voice assistant solutions
• Business process automation
• Computer vision and image recognition systems

All services are delivered according to agreed-upon specifications and timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the custom code and solutions we develop for your project.

Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Amal Axis. You receive a license to use the final delivered product.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are agreed upon at project initiation. Typical structure:

• 50% deposit upon project confirmation
• 50% upon successful delivery and approval

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Warranties and Limitations

We guarantee that our solutions will meet the agreed specifications. We provide 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and adjustments.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Confidentiality

All project information, business data, and technical details are kept strictly confidential. We sign NDAs upon request.

We will not share your information or use your project as a case study without explicit permission.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By texting START to +1 (833) 355-2671, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated account notifications and service updates from Amal Axis USA via SMS/MMS. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and service updates.

Msg & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Amal Axis is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

Supported Carriers: Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your phone number, SMS consent, or opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
